What is TPI?

TPI or Titleist Performance Institute, is a PGA and LPGA approved, golf-specific training program that has developed a physical screen to identify physical limitations that may be contributing to swing flaws, injuries, and high scores.

TPI discovered how a properly functioning body allows a player to swing a golf club in the most efficient way possible. TPI has analyzed how physical limitations can adversely affect the golf swing leading to higher scores and possible injury by analyzing hundreds of professional golfers over the years.

What we offer

The Golf Fitness Program will evaluate pelvis and hip mobility, balance, thoracic mobility, posterior chain muscular strength and flexibility, wrist, ankle and shoulder mobility, postural control and core stability. Based on the results of the clients screening, an individualized exercise program will be developed to address their physical limitations that may be affecting the golf swing and risk for injury. You will receive a detailed report including a golf fitness handicap addressing the biomechanics leading to possible limitations that may be impacting your golf swing.

EXECUTIVE GOLF FITNESS PROGRAM


A full assessment of your strength and movement patterns will be taken to determine if you have any physical limitations affecting your golf swing. These movement assessments will check for balance, stability, mobility, flexibility, and power. A detailed report of your results will be given.                          

A personalized golf fitness program will be designed and implemented through private training sessions to address the findings in the golf screen.

BASIC GOLF FITNESS PROGRAM


An assessment of your movement patterns will be taken through a series of tests to determine if you have any physical limitations affecting your golf swing. These tests will check for balance, stability, mobility, and flexibility. A detailed report of your results will be given with one personalized private traiing session.
